25v yrs, framo (one of only 2 suezmax tankers). Dry-docking of typical suezmax tanker at Dubai. Vessel was grounded in Suez canal badly damaged bow area, due to the failure fuel pump which engine crankshaft. Vessel attended on owners request temporary repair of engine carried out. Sailed with vessel to baniyas back to dubai for dry-dock preparation. Complete camshaft replaced with new fabricated one, with 4 no framo pump overhaul along with other work.

4 years laid up tankers double banked with no crew on board. Complete reactivation of main engine and aux engines incl windlass, ballast tank valves and framo ballast pump

4 yrs laid up tanker with no axillary generator operational due to bearing issue. Main engine not operated for 5 yrs since used as storage tanker.

23 yrEmergency attendance of vessel at port louis, vessel lost engines due to critical failure and being towed back to port. Vessel attended to investigate ad rectification of the failure. 12 yrs old suezmax tanker, the cargo pump turbine no1 and no 3. , is not operational despite shore workshop attendance. Complete overhaul of turbine with alignment and adjustment is carried out. Pumps tried out with load

On the owners request , attended the vessel at cape town which is been towed due to main engine failure, which was initially sailed from Benin on own power. Engine liners overhauled and Sailed with the vessel to Mauritius. Complete overhaul of main engine carried out, survey completed and vessel sailed to Chittagong on own power.
