Mrs Anju S Gupta, is MBA from Mumbai university and has a very versatile experience of 28 years at Apex positions ( CEO - VHB pharma, Medi-sciences, and life-sciences). Awarded by India’s Youngest MD & CEO award in 2003. She looks after the company's Finance, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Liaison and all areas concerning expansion.

 Graduate mechanical engineer from Pune university, followed by PG in Marine engineering From STC, UK, Mr. Kaudanya Refined his in-depth marine engineering skills with over 12 years of sailing experience on board  Oil and LPG carriers. He gained over 15 years of experience in management role ashore,  in Singapore, West Africa and India, managing oil tankers, bulk carriers to the offshore vessel in various Capacity to Apex position. In a journey Mr. Kaudanya has successfully developed his entrepreneurial skills along the way with an extensive understanding of the marine industry as a whole. With its expertise, innovative thoughts, and actions and by utilization of the latest technology and knowledge, He plays a pivotal role in steering the SMPL towards a self-sustainable Organization in marine Industry.  

Capt Ajay is a Master Mariner with over 26 years Experience in Shipping Industry, including 6 years sailing as Master on various types of vessel. Specialized in vessel delivery/takeover of the vessel, Capt Ajay has successfully managed over 50 projects, including Dry-docking, various Audits and Survey, in last one and half decade. He is associated with Saika Maritime since March 2021 as a Executive Operation Director.
