Mrs Anju S Gupta, is MBA from Mumbai university and has a very versatile experience of 28 years at very senior positions ( CEO - VHB pharma, Medi-sciences, and life-sciences). Awarded by India’s Youngest MD & CEO award in 2003. She looks after the company's Finance, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Liaison and all areas concerning expansion.

Mrs Surekha Gupta, one of the Co founder of the Company. Mrs Surekha has 24 years experience in accounts and Purchase in Fields such as shipping, Pharma and banking.

Capt Ajay is a Master Mariner with over 23 years Experience in Shipping Industry, including 6 years sailing as Master on various types of vessel. Specialized in vessel delivery/takeover of the vessel, Capt Ajay has successfully managed over 50 projects, including Dry-docking, various Audits and Survey, Navigation through critical tidal area, in last one and half decade. He is associated with Saika Maritime since March 2021 as a Executive Operation Director.

A seasoned Professional with 27 years Marine Experience in Maintenance, Operations, Quality, Safety, Administration. A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Chief engineer (Marine Engineering) from M.C.A, UK. His inherent interest and expertise lies in the maintenance and reactivation of long laid up vessel. He has also gained exclusive experience in ship breaking while working in the field for 6 years in different roles such as ship management, scrap yard management, vessel inspection, survey, safety, quality awareness and training on board ship and on recycling facility.
